**Cancellation Policy**
We have a strict cancellation policy in place.
Cancellations or postponements will only be accepted if we are able to rebook the slot.
1. Cancellations made 30 days before arrival will result in a loss of 100% of the total amount.
2. Cancellations made 60 days before arrival will incur a 50% forfeiture of the total amount.
3. Cancellations made 90 days before arrival will incur a 25% forfeiture of the total amount.
In exceptional cases (such as illness or emergencies), we are open to discussing alternative arrangements based on availability.
Please inform us as soon as possible.
**Damages:**
Please notify us of any missing or damaged items. A thorough inventory check is conducted before and after your stay, and any missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly.
**Please note that we will collect a refundable breakage deposit of R2000**
If no damage occurs during your stay, this will be refunded automatically, depending on your payment method.
